该标准由开化县文旅集团发起，联合浙江老年开放大学、开化学院、衢州职业技术学院、根宫佛国发展中心等单位共同起草，浙江联众文旅集团作为标准的执行单位，是践行积极老龄观、健康老龄化理念的生动实践，更是打造“来开化 享生活”老年研学名片的关键一步。

为筑牢老年研学服务质量根基，在浙江开放大学的专业指导下，开化学院精心打造了一支老年研学导师队伍。发布仪式现场，张吉先副校长为首批老年研学导师颁发微证书，他们将以扎实的专业知识为支撑、以贴心的陪伴服务为纽带，为老年朋友的研学之旅全程保驾护航。

在省市县领导的指导与多方合力下，未来，学院将持续深耕老年研学事业，让更多老年朋友在研学之旅中收获满满快乐，为全国老年研学产业的规范化、高质量发展，提供可复制、可推广的“开化模式”！

余学兵会后与各发起单位负责人进行了座谈，就杭州、上海市场老年研学市场。余总表示，联众有20多年的经历，积累了大量老年客户资源和经验，目前正在组建“退休生活俱乐部”，带领老年人玩出品质生活。
